Saltarnos el guión from our label SaraoMusic, spanish pop-rock from the fist decade of 2000’s, and Flamenco Calypso from Bibliotheque, a melody with a flamenco essence but modern, are two of the songs that make up the soundtrack of Maixabel, the new film by Icíar Bollaín, one of the most recognized directors in our country. The film tells the true story about Maixabel Lasa who lost her husband, Juan María Jaúregui, murdered by ETA in 2000. Eleven years later, she recieves an unusual request: one of the murderers has asked to meet with her in the jail of Nanclares de la Oca (Álava), where he’s serving a sentence after breaking tides with the terrorist band.
