Dani Baraldés

Chameleon-like musician Dani Baraldés, a regular on the Barcelona music scene, has always been crazy about the guitar, his main instrument. The wide spectrum of colours it offers has been an essential part of Dani’s journeys into various styles from Jazz to Blues via Surf and Soul or deeper into more roots music with occasional flashes of Folk, with Rock and Pop probably being those he has explored most. Dani, who is currently mainly concentrating on live performances, has worked and/or toured with a long list of major Spanish artists including Jarabe de Palo, Macaco, Bunbury, Rulo y la Contrabanda, Los Mambo Jambo and Koko Jean & the Tonics among many others. He alternates between tours, studio sessions and working on a number of projects including writing Mediterranean music for the SaraoMusic label.
