Carles Pedragosa was classically trained at the Barcelona Liceu conservatory, obtaining Intermediate Level, and graduated in Audiovisual Communication from Barcelona’s Pompeu Fabra University. He specialises in the creation of music for audiovisual arts at Berlin’s Freie University.
He has been part of numerous musical projects including the experimental singing septet “Tarannà”, and their most intimate works such as “Senyals de Vida”, “Pintades d’Amor i de Guerra”, as well as the disco-funk band “Se atormenta una vecina” of which he was a founder member.
He composed the soundtracks for films like “Positivos”, “Hollywood Contra Franco”, “Arropiero, el Vagabundo de la Muerte” and “Sola Contigo.
He also works as composer and musician with the multimedia company Indi Gest on shows including “Ara Estem d’Acord, Estem d’Acord”, “El Títol no Mata”, “Un Ímpetu Vital” and “Prometeu No Res and has worked with directors like Lluís Pascual, Xavier Albertí, Julio Manrique, Marc Rosich o Oriol Broggi.
