Arnau Vilà

Composer, producer and musical director

Vilà studied at the Aula de Música in Barcelona’s Liceu Conservatory, and has composed original music for works including “Ilusiones”, “Invisibles”, “Arte”, “Refugio”, “La voz Humana”, “Idiota”, “Hamlet”, “Antígona”, “L’Enemic del Poble”, “El Misántropo”, “Deseo”, “El Inspector”, “De Ratones y Hombres”, “Juício a una Zorra”, “Veraneantes” and “El Proyecto Youkali”, and has also worked with Kamikaze Productions and Voilà Productions, among others.

His film credits include the soundtrack for “Las Furias” and a number of shorts and TV movies, while in the theatre he has been Musical Director on “Mamma Mia!”, “Sister Act”, “Saturday Night Fever” and others, with Stage Entertainment productions. Vilà has also been Musical Director on various TV formats, including “Operación Triunfo” and “Tu Cara Me Suena” for Gestmusic productions and Musical Producer for the Ukrainian synchronised swimming team in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
