Oscar Dominguez Padilla

Oscar Dominguez trained in classical piano, modern voice, the electric bass and Afro-Cuban percussion, and is a massive fan of funk and soul.
He has had a long onstage career with Macaco and other Barcelona-based fusion bands and has written for the theatre and cinema, as well as doing studio work on percussion and vocals for various well-known musicians and for commercials. Dominguez wrote and performed on the album “Origen” for the “Residual Gurus” organic percussion project, and is founder and musical director of the “Chill & Funk” which mixes electronic and soul music, where he is responsible for all the meticulously-produced audiovisual work.
